Jane McAuliffe, CDFA® brings years of experience to provide her clients with objective, unbiased advice. Jane started in the financial services industry in 1998 and currently holds her Series 65 Investment Advisor Representative license. She works with individuals, families and business owners who need comprehensive financial planning and ongoing investment advice. Her focus is on goal and risk planning, cash flow analysis, establishing lifestyle budgets and structuring cost-effective portfolios to help clients achieve their financial goals. Jane’s approach is founded on the belief that taking an active role in personal finances can make you feel confident and empowered. Her objective advice helps clients to avoid the fallout that can ensue after a major life transition; such as divorce, loss of a spouse or parent, and enables them to save what they need, manage their investments wisely, and ultimately make smarter financial decisions. Additionally, Jane is also the Founder + CEO of Collaborative Divorce Strategies, a Divorce Financial Planning firm that is part of the Wellspring Divorce Advisors network. She holds the CDFA® certification (Certified Divorce Financial Analyst) and is a trained mediator; specializing in helping individuals and couples negotiate an equitable settlement throughout divorce.
Kerry I. Rafanelli is an establishing partner in the Rhode Island (RI) Law Offices of Rafanelli and Rafanelli. He is an experienced Rhode Island (RI) and Massachusetts (MA) trial attorney who handles cases in all areas of family law and also practices as a family law mediator assisting married couples, parents and domestic partners to resolve their issues amicably. Kerry has served as a Guardian Ad Litem in Rhode Island (RI) Family Court for the past 20 years, representing the best interests of children involved in custody and placement disputes.
